Cookies that taste like fudge, Mmmmm!

• 112 g unsweetened chocolate, melted
• 200 g white sugar
• 170 g butter, softened
• 1 egg
• 10 ml vanilla extract
• 280 g plain flour
• Tsp baking powder
• Pinch of salt

1. Preheat the over to 190 degrees C (370 degress F) and cover a baking tray in grease proof paper.

2. Cream the butter and sugar, add eggs and vanilla, then beat until mixed.

3. Add Salt, flour and baking powder and mix well.

4. Beat in melted chocolate

5. Shape into flattened balls and place on the baking tray.  Then bake for 7-8 minutes.

6. Cool slightly, then place on a wire rack to completely cool.
