A simple hot fudge sauce that is delicious over ice cream.

• 112 g semisweet chocolate
• 30 g butter
• 5 ml vanilla extract
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk

1. In a heavy based, combine condensed milk, chocolate and butter.

2. Heat on a low to medium heat until all the chocolate has melted.

3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

4. Serve over ice cream or other deserts
